In April of 1986 the Charter of Congdon Lodge No. 201. and the Charter of Overlook Lodge No. 163 were returned to the Grand Lodge due to the consolidation of the two Lodges. Wor. Bro. Simon Yemenidijian was elected Worshipful Master of the New Congdon-Overlook Lodge No. 163. The Bicentennial Anniversary of the Institution was celebrated throughout the Grand Jurisdiction. A bronze plaque was installed at the Lamington Presbyterian Church, in memory of the founder of our Grand Lodge, Dr. William McKissick. At the ceremony, Most Worshipful William H. Sackett, Grand Master, dedicated the plaque. The first candidate initiated in 1986 was Mr. Phillip A, Wood, Jr. and the first Master Mason raised that year was Bro. Simeon H. Rollinson, III. In 1990 Most Worshipful Melvin K. Oxenrider, Sr. appointed Wor. Bro. Lewis F. Mitchell, Jr. Secretary to the Grand Master. On September 13, 1992, Most Worshipful George S, Martin, held an Emergent Communication of the Grand Lodge in Bernardsville for the purpose of dedicating a memorial plaque for Most Worshipful John C. Outlaw, Honorary Past Grand Master, at the Masonic section of Somerset Hills Cemetery in Basking Ridge. In 1993 Most Worshipful Francis R. Mitchell, appointed Wor. Bro. Robert H. Klick Grand Chaplain. On November 10 1995, Most Worshipful Harold F. Jennings presented to R. W. LeRoy B. Boutillette, PGC the Daniel Coxe Medal for his distinguished service to the craft and to DeMolay. In 1996 Most Worshipful Raymond J. Vanden Berghe, Sr. appointed Wor. Bro. Phillip A. Wood, Sr. Grand Organist. In 1990 the Lodge building was renovated removing eight of the windows along the sides of the building, replacing the roof, re-appointing the stone work, and painting the building inside and out. 1992 the parking lot was paved and the oil furnace replaced by a natural gas unit, in 1993 the stained Glass window in the front of the building was restored and covered with a lexan shield, the old organ was removed and the organ and choir loft turned into a much needed storage area.
